Meet Dan
Dan McCarthy has been a practicing lawyer since 2002. In 2015, Dan started his own firm to be able to better serve people in his own community.
Dan is married and has three school-aged children, and he loves being a part of the Cincinnati community. While his business has evolved over time, Dan’s primary mission of helping clients with complicated legal issues has been consistent. The most important part of any client relationship is listening to each person’s experience and needs. From those conversations, Dan is able to determine the most practical way to move forward to achieve the best possible result. As a family man and small business owner, Dan’s ethics and commitments to his values are essential to developing a legal practice his family can be proud of and his clients are happy to partner with.
