I take pride in providing responsive and effective legal representation to clients when they most need it. My goal is to build long-term relationships, tailoring my representation to meet your needs.
Following the same independent and entrepreneurial mindset that many of my clients possess, I started McCarthy Law Office in 2015. Prior to that, I was a partner with a prestigous Cincinnati law firm and worked there for over ten years. There, I gained invaluable experience representing property owners, municipalities, and small businesses. Immediately following graduation from law school, I served as a judicial law clerk to a judge on the Missouri Court of Appeals in St. Louis, which exposed me to nearly every aspect of law imaginable.
What I like most is helping people avoid legal problems where possible and solving problems that do arise. Whether it is helping a family plan for the future with a proper estate plan, helping a person injured in a car accident receive fair compensation, or helping property owners solve unique real estate issues, I take your legal issue personally.
Outside of work, I spend my time attending my kids’ sporting events, playing soccer, running the occasional marathon, and watching baseball.
